We perform every aspect of Islamic burial — start to finish — and we publish what we charge. Members pay a reduced fee, in keeping with the founding spirit of the Society: a community pooling its means so that no Muslim family in Perth is alone with this burden.

Every service we provide, end to end.
Coordination
From the first call onward, we manage every step — medical certification follow-up, mosque coordination, cemetery booking, and family liaison.
Transport
Dignified transport of the deceased from place of death to the place of ghusl, and from there to the mosque and cemetery.
Ghusl & kafan
Ritual washing and shrouding performed by trained, same-gender volunteers in accordance with the sunnah.
Janazah prayer
Coordination with the imam and family on prayer timing, location, and mosque arrangements.
Burial
Burial at one of Perth's Islamic cemetery sections, oriented to the qibla, in accordance with regulation and sunnah.
Ongoing family support
Guidance through the days of ta'ziah, paperwork support, and continued availability for any questions that arise.

Fees current as of 1 January 2025, reviewed annually by the committee. The fee at the time of need is what applies.

Benefits commence two years after joining. Based on an estimated funeral cost of approximately $7,000.
We never turn a family away.
The estimated full cost of an Islamic burial in Perth is approximately $7,000 for non-members — covering coordination, transport, ghusl, kafan, janazah prayer, and burial.
Families facing genuine hardship are encouraged to contact us. The committee considers each case individually, and no Muslim family is turned away for inability to pay.
